Application method

For new Marine hoisting motors or those that have been disassembled and inspected, they should first undergo several no-load test runs. However, before the equipment is completed, it is strictly forbidden to power on for a test run. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to use it in an environment that is not allowed, and beyond the additional load and the additional number of closures per hour (120 times). When debugging and protecting the equipment, it is necessary to strictly check whether the limit devices are flexible and reliable. When the hook is raised to the upper limit position, the distance between the hook housing and the drum housing must be greater than 50mm(for 10t, 16t, and 20t, it must be greater than 120mm). When the hook drops to the lower limit position, it is necessary to ensure that there are more than two effective safety turns of the steel wire rope on the drum. It is not allowed to press the two hand switch buttons that make the Marine hoisting motor move in opposite directions simultaneously.

Notes

Marine hoisting motors must not be used to lift or unload heavy objects on the side, and overloading is strictly prohibited.

During the operation, the operator should constantly check whether the steel wire rope is tangled, knotted, dropped from the groove or worn. If any of these problems occur, they should be eliminated in time. Moreover, the rope guide and limit switch should be frequently inspected to ensure they are safe and reliable.

After the work is completed, turn off the main power switch and cut off the main power supply.
