The motor housing of this series is made of high-strength aluminum profiles. The shape and air duct have been finally optimized through finite element temperature field analysis. It features a large temperature gradient, good heat dissipation, a reasonable motor structure, high power density, and constant torque output within the locked rotor and rated speed ranges. The special asymmetric magnetic furnace design ensures small torque pulsation at low speeds. Rare earth permanent magnetic materials with ultra-high intrinsic coercive force have strong anti-demagnetization ability.
