The YRKK series of high-voltage and high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors adopt anti-corona coil design and secondary impregnation process of rotor windings. They feature high protection level, compact structure, light weight, good rigidity and strong practicability.

【 Product Description】

The YRKK series high-voltage and high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor is a product developed by our company in response to market demands and the current needs of cement, steel mills, etc. The motor is made of steel plates welded into a box structure, which is light in weight and has good rigidity. It features an optimized electromagnetic design scheme, anti-corona coil design and manufacturing, stator winding F-class insulation, vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI), and a large starting torque. The structure is reliable. The rotor winding is treated with advanced secondary impregnation and rotor winding fixation technology. The collector ring part adopts the domestic advanced double impregnation and double drying technology. Advanced galvanized threaded tubes are used as the heat dissipation tubes of the cooler. The motor is used in equipment such as rolling mills, fans, grinders, and hoists, and is widely used in places with high protection requirements.
